Monster Jam

Shayne took the boys to see Monster Jam, where tons of Monster Trucks race and do freestyle tricks. Other than the extremely loud noise, the boys were in HEAVEN!!

It was held in the University of Phoenix Stadium, packed to the hilt with lots of little boys...

Someone was beyond excited!

What an amazing date with Daddy!

Too fun! the boys got Monster Truck Hot Wheels and have re-enacted the night non-stop!

Trip to the Zoo

On Collin's Birthday, we went on a Preschool Field Trip to the Zoo! We all LOVE the zoo near our house and can't get enough of it! Here's a few pictures from the day...

Collin is Three!

This guy is super excited to be THREE! He has practiced really hard to get the three fingers up, and to say "three" instead of "free".

He's loving the Kylo Ren stuff!

Collin was super excited to get THREE candles on his cake with ORANGE frosting ( I love that three year olds are so easy to please! )

Our little caboose is such a joy to have, the only problem is he has EVERYONE wrapped around his pinky finger! If he doesn't get what he wants from the first person, he just moves down the line until he does. I think all of us don't want him to grow up, just stay our little baby forever.

McTeacher's Night

We love showing our support for school activities and getting money donated to the school (and eating McDonald's doesn't hurt).

Prepping for Birthdays

What happens when it is the day before your birthday, you are the fourth child, and the only one home with mom all day? You go with her to buy some of your birthday presents. Collin thought this was AWESOME!! He LOVED being in on the choosing of gifts.

Afterwards, he begged me to let him wrap the gifts, so I obliged. And then he asked me to take a picture of him with his gifts and this is what he came up with.

Preschool Celebrations

We celebrated this cutie's birthday today at preschool. He was so excited. Super excited for the giant sucker!

BUY MY COOKIES!!

We had our WORST booth ever! we worked for two hours and sold...8 boxes, that's it! 8! I told the girls that you have to get through the NO's to get to the YES's, and at the end Izzy looked at me and said: Mom! The YES's never came!!

Is My Birthday Coming Up?

For the past month, Collin is constantly asking: Is My Birthday Coming Up? He has been so excited to FINALLY be getting a birthday (first one that he actually understands and cares about), and he's decided that on his birthday he's getting a Ninja Turtle Lego Set and a Star Wars Lightsaber. Each day he checks how much closer we are on the calendar and constantly asks: Is my birthday coming up?

Love You Most

My favorite interaction with Collin that I make sure I have DAILY is:

Me: I love you Collin.
Collin: I love you Mommy.
Me: I love you more!
Collin: I love you most sixty-hundred!!

It just warms my heart and makes me melt every time!

Cub Scout Hike

I recently got released from being a den leader in Cub Scouts. I really enjoyed that calling. It was so much fun doing stuff with the boys, plus Bubba got to come along with me and it was great to have a special bonding time with him. I think Bubba is more bummed than I am that I got released because that means the end of scouts for him until he's actually 8 and in it for reals.

We took the boys to the White Tanks to do the Waterfall trail. It's always a good trail to start with, It's a mile each way, and not too hard. Funny part is, is that I ALWAYS have boys who think they are dying halfway through the hike!

Bubba had a ton of fun. He has quite a few friends who are already in scouts, so there were plenty of guys to hang out with (Bubba is in the Black Giants hat).
