Fall Break Shenanigans

We are absolutely LOVING having Tommy and Aria's family just down the street. Especially when we are on fall break and can play all day every day and have sleepovers EVERY NIGHT!

We loved breaking in Nana and Papa's spa.

And lots of hot chocolate in their Keurig.

Took a trip to Legoland Discovery Center and had a BLAST!

Homecoming Dance

Izzy and her group of friends decided to go to the Homecoming Dance together. They wanted to get ready together, take pictures, go to a fancy dinner, the dance together, and then sleepover at one of their houses. It was quite a plan!

Izzy was ready with a SUITCASE full of stuff for the evening. We totally teased her about all the luggage she was bringing!

I was actually stuck helping out at a funeral and wasn't able to break away to go take pictures (I was actually really upset about that) but Aria came to the rescue and took beautiful pictures of the entire group.

After the pictures they went to a wonderful, fancy dinner at the Toast and then went to the dance. Izzy said she loved EVERYTHING except the dance. She said that they only played jumping-moshpit music, no slow songs, no dancing songs. But the night in general was a wonderful night!

Homecoming parade

The boys and I ditched the morning schooling to watch the Homecoming parade. Both the girls walked with choir (although Olivia also could have walked with FCCLA and Izzy could have also walked with Softball). What a fun parade!

Choir is quite a LARGE group.

Homecoming Spirit Week

Homecoming week is always accompanied by a Spirit Week of dress up days. Choir expected LOTS of participation, and the girls got really into the dress up days.

Pixar Pier Day - Beach Day

Tomorrowland - Izzy went with aliens, and Olivia went with her future of being a nurse.

Mainstreet - Red, White, and Blue

Fantasyland - Dress up as one of your favorite Disney Characters. Here's the difference between Freshmen and Seniors. Izzy work up really early to do a fantastic Tinkerbell outfit, and Olivia slept in and decided to go to school in her pajamas to be Sleeping Beauty.

Class Colors Day - Seniors/Black, Freshman/White but these two had to perform with choir, so they had to wear their choir shirts and jeans today.
