Hiking Cholla Loop

With Stacey out for the week, we decided to try a new hiking trail Cholla Loop. The markers say it's almost 4 miles, but our watches logged 3 hours and six miles (not sure who messed up). It was hot and long, but we had some great conversation and enjoyed the hike! Beautiful views of the valley all around!

Greatest Hits Choir Performance

The girls have been working INCREDIBLY HARD on their Winter Choir Performance. Olivia is in two choirs this year: Avalon and Vocal Thunder. Izzy is also in Vocal Thunder. The sets were amazing, the show had everyone on the edge of their seats and the performances were fantastic!

The girls also had a ton of support: Grandma and Grandpa, Steph's Family, Tommy's Family, Stacey, and Young Women leaders came out to watch the show.

Canal Project

Always love the at-home projects. Here Quinten had to demonstrate how canals are used and how they benefited society. Nice job Quinten!

Tough Mudder

Seriously crazy-amazing trip-stake activity doing a Tough Mudder with 31 muddy obstacles in the course. They broke the youth up into two groups, 14+ started at a chilly 7am, and 12-13 started at 11. Everyone was pushed to their physical max doing hard and sometimes super-intimidating challenges, but they all were ready and willing to take on every obstacle no matter how tired they got! It was quite the mud-filled day!
