Pumpkin Carving

We got some HUGE pumpkins for carving.

We did one for the girls and one for the boys. They had to clean it out themselves, pick the picture to carve, and do the carving.

Of course Daddy came to the rescue with carving.

They turned out pretty good!

Marley Park Elementary Fall Festival

We had a busy weekend with our Ward Trunk-or-Treat and then our elementary school had it's Fall Festival. They  have a little bit of EVERYTHING there: carnival games, BBQ, vendor booths, blow up games and obstacle courses, train rides, and a haunted hallway. Plus the kids LOVED running into their friends from school.

This is Izzy's crew that she runs around with at school. She has a great set of friends.

Bubba was excited for all the prizes he was winning.

Collin was super happy with his new shades.

Izzy and her bestie Allie.

Olivia worked the NJHS Haunted Hallway. She was a zombie ticket taker that grabbed ankles of the passersby.

Ward Trunk or Treat

We attended our first ward Trunk-or-Treat in our new ward and it did NOT disappoint! We invited two of our Japanese families to join us and I think they had a blast also. There was a chili cook off,

A performance of Thriller by the youth (Olivia is Princess Leia near the middle)

And an epic Trunk-or-Treat!
Here's the Koyanagi Family

And the Tsuchiya Family

Our crew was a doll, Princess Leia, Spiderman, and Kai from Ninjago.

Look at the haul!

The after-trade...always a favorite part!

Principal's List

Both these girls work VERY hard to keep their grades at straight A's.
Great job ladies!

New Softball Season for Isabelle

Izzy started a new season of softball. This is the first time that her dad isn't her coach. She was REALLY nervous to go to the draft and super nervous to play for another coach, but she pushed through it, was courageous, and is LOVING this softball season! Coach Carlos definitely isn't warm and fuzzy, but he knows softball and teaches the girls a TON! Halfway through the season the Green Bandits are UNDEFEATED!

Marley Park Softball Banquet

Olivia got to have a fun pot-luck mexican awards banquet with her softball team.

Red Ribbon Week: Biker Day

Lucky for us, we've got a Grandma and Grandpa to hook us up with all the needed Harley Davidson gear.

Can I Sit On Your Lap?

They don't all fit like they used to...

Red Ribbon Week: Tourist Day

Ready to tour!

Talking too much

Sometimes a mom's got to do what a mom's got to do.

Saving the World

Just saving the world one day at a time...

Marley Park Harvest Festival

We have the most awesome neighborhood. They put on a huge Harvest Festival all Alice in Wonderland themed. The kids had a blast! It was decorated to the hilt.

They even brought in some fair rides for the kids.

Even the local firestation brought over a truck for the kids to explore.

Dinner was delicious with hot dogs, pretzels, soda, cotton candy, cookies, candy and more!!

Yeah, no way I was getting on the tea cups...

There was a balloon artist creating all sorts of designs for the kids.

Who's on vacation?

While Shayne and I were on vacation, Grandma and Grandpa watched the kids at the house. However, they were so busy each and every day, I'm not sure who had more fun?

They went to J&J Poms Orchard to pick pomegranates. They picked a ton!

Starting the pomegranate shucking process.

Trips to Yogurtini, McDonald's, Kohl's, Walmart, and countless other places I'm sure!

And of course, Harley rides with Grandpa!

I'm sure there were plenty of milkshakes, and cookie baking, and just all around getting spoiled. The kids were in heaven ( and I think grandma and grandpa loved being there alone with the kids too!)

This Year's Wrap Up

I love our family's blog books. I love capturing the moments and freezing them in time so we can look back and relive those fun memorie...
