Happy 5 1/2 Birthday Collin!

This handsome guy turned 5 1/2 today. He has been SO EXCITED to start Kindergarten and be with all the BIG KIDS. I may cry a little bit each time my kids have another birthday (or half birthday), but I sure do love those smiles!!

First Day of School 2018

Kids all had a great first day today. 

Olivia had friends in ALL her classes. She said Math was SUPER-BORING, everyone in the ENTIRE school buys lunch (no one brings a sack lunch!), and there are NO CUTE BOYS!

Izzy said her teacher is really nice and laid back, one of her close friends is in her class (which was a HUGE deal), and she got art for one of her electives!!

Quinten said his teacher was really nice. He got to play a game where he lied to the class (3 truths and a lie) and only cried at the very beginning!!

Collin met some new friends today and said that his teacher said the BOYS were acting better than the girls. He's super-excited to try buying lunch (he heard there is chocolate milk 😂) tomorrow, and his FAVORITE part of the day was RECESS!!

Goodbyes

So difficult to have some of our best friends moving up to Utah. The Simon's are moving--and although we're excited for their new adventure, we'll sure miss them here. Quentin and Adrien have been best friends since birth. And Collin and Karina weren't far behind. 

Summer Camp Thank You

Since Izzy's bestie Allie helped us out with running some of the camp days, we did an overnight thanks you with a shopping trip, a dinner out and a sleepover. We also made her a thank you bouquet of candy bars and gift cards. Thanks Allie!

Girls’ Camp

I was able to attend Girls' Camp with Olivia. I know it wasn't her favorite to have her mom at camp all week, but I LOVED it! We went up around Sedona area and although it was hot Hot HOT, it was absolutely gorgeous!
